A little clarity before you begin.

Every tutor, new or already with us, goes through an application and credentials review, an interview, a background check, and a demo lesson before they are ever matched with a family.

Tell us whether your child follows GCSE, A Level, SAT prep, Common Core, a Canadian provincial curriculum, WAEC / NECO, IB or another curriculum. We will confirm that a suitable tutor is available before booking. If you are not sure, choose “Not sure yet.”

Your child is matched with a tutor and has a full lesson with them at no cost, so you can see how they work together before deciding on a plan.

We rematch your child with a different tutor at no extra cost. A good fit matters more than sticking with the first pairing, whether you are on a single trial lesson or a full Confidence Week.

A maximum of 4 students per week, regardless of tier, so every child gets real attention rather than being one of many.

Give your assigned tutor at least two hours’ notice before the lesson starts to reschedule. Agree the replacement time with your tutor. If you have less notice or miss a lesson, contact us to discuss the situation.

Confirm your plan, billing dates, lesson count and amount with us, then transfer USD through the Cleva bank details or NGN through OPay and send a transfer notice on the Payment page. Our tutors plan around different time zones as a matter of course. Just let us know your preferred time when booking, and we will match you with a tutor who can work around it.
